The tabloids have gotten ahold of me...

I was fortunate enough today to be sent some links to some messages posted by people who obviously have too much time on their hands. I ask again... please get out of the house more and broaden your horizons.

As for the claims I saw... There are many, many people named Terry Allison (well into the hundreds, I'm sure). Doing a search on the internet and then posting links regarding various Terry Allisons and attributing them to me is silly. It makes me smile to think that so many people are so interested in my life.

I was never the owner of Deck Stars/AmeriDeck (although I was a minority shareholder) and was able to provide the cash to bail it out this year when business went bad due to the poor management hired to run the corporation (I didn't manage it -- I have been under contract with Timebeat as the v.p.). Businesses sometimes go out of business. It happens. It's certainly unfortunate, but it happens and is a part of life. I am not into guns and shooting ranges as some of the rumors suggest. I am not a physician. I do not work for the London Stock Exchange. I am not a college professor. I am not a NASCAR driver (although I am related to the family). I am not the assistant chair of the Off-Highway Vehicle Advisory Group. I am not the president of the ASRPA. I am not one of the Labour Councillors on the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Etc., Etc. I am me. It is fun to see all of these comments about me and my supposed life, but be wise. The name Terry Allison is fairly common. Do a search on http://www.google.com and you will see that the name comes up over and over (for various people bearing the name Terry Allison).

Any way... It's nice to see so many people so interested in me, but I wanted to take a minute to clarify a few things.

I'm basically the subject of tabloid rumors. It's pretty neat. Thank you for an interesting experience.

Have a successful day and best regards,
Terry L. Allison II
